All Our deliveries are send through royal Mail we track all orders ensuring a fast and efficient service.

A email will be sent to the customer with all delivery and tracking information after a order is placed online.

If for any reason you need to change a deliver date or if you prefer you can choose your own delivery date. please contact sales or support

Returns

If for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Pumps Store you would like to return an item, this must be within 30 days From the date of delivery. Pumps Store will refund the cost of purchase if notified of this and/or having received the item back within 30 working days of Delivery. If after 30 days of Delivery we are notified of a return or have received an item the original cost of delivery will not be refunded. New unwanted Items returned after 30 days may be charged a 10% restocking fee.

In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for all returns postage/courier charges.

If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Pumps Store, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you and are still in their original packaging.

Pumps Store cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods, so it is advised that the customer obtains proof of tracking confirmation from the Post Office or the courier.

If a collection of an item is required for any other reason than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Pumps Store, we will charge you the cost of collection which will be notified at the time of cancellation
