Delivery Terms – Macerator Pumps / Macerator-Pumps.com

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Macerator-Pumps.com aims to provide Next Working Day Delivery on all orders.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day for next working day arrival.

Orders placed after 2pm, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, are dispatched on the next working day.

Although we aim for next-day arrival wherever possible, please note that Next Working Day Delivery is not guaranteed due to courier factors outside our control.

Delivery Timescales

Typical delivery timeframe: Next working day

Maximum delivery timeframe: Up to 5 working days (courier delays, remote areas, high-volume periods)

If delivery exceeds 5 working days, you may be eligible for free return postage if you choose to return the item.

If you have not received any tracking or dispatch update within 4 working days, please contact us so we can assist.

Dispatch Schedule

Monday–Friday before 2pm: Dispatched same day

Monday–Friday after 2pm: Dispatched next working day

Orders placed Friday (after 2pm), Saturday, Sunday: Dispatched Monday (or next working day)

Delivery Signatures

Most orders require a signature upon delivery.

Couriers cannot leave items unattended or left outside.

If you are not available:

A calling card or notification will be left

You may rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot

If multiple delivery attempts fail, the item may be returned to us and redelivery charges may apply.

Missed Scheduled Deliveries (Large Items)

For pallet or large-item deliveries, the courier may contact you to arrange a delivery time.

If a pre-arranged delivery is missed, the courier may apply a redelivery fee.

Late Deliveries – Return Policy

If the order arrives after 5 working days, and you wish to return it, we will cover the return postage.

If the order arrives within 5 working days, normal return rules apply and customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect all items within 48 hours of delivery.

If damaged on arrival:

Refuse delivery if the damage is visible

If accepted, report the damage within 48 hours

If incorrect items are delivered:

Contact us within 48 hours

We will replace or correct the issue at no cost to you

If damage is reported after 48 hours, we may be unable to claim from the courier.

Important Installation Notice

Do not book any tradesperson or installation service until:

You have received your goods

Inspected them fully

Confirmed they are correct and undamaged

We cannot compensate for missed installation appointments or indirect losses caused by courier delays.
