Our high-level sewage pump alarm is engineered to provide reliable level monitoring within pumping stations and wastewater systems, and comes supplied with a long-life 10-year lithium battery for maintenance-free operation.

This alarm is perfect for sites where someone is available to respond to rising liquid levels, making it suitable for packaged pumping stations, sewage treatment units, septic tanks, and other wastewater installations that require early-warning protection.

When the liquid inside the chamber reaches the set high-level point—determined by the position of the float switch—the alarm activates, sounding a loud audible alert to indicate a potential issue. The alarm will continue to sound until the high-level condition has been resolved. Once the level returns to normal, the system automatically resets.

This high-level alarm kit is supplied complete with a float switch and a 10-year long-life 12V lithium battery, ensuring dependable performance and long service life.

Warranty Information

All products purchased from Macerator Pumps / Macerator-Pumps.com are supplied with a 3-year warranty as standard. This warranty covers any manufacturing faults or defective parts that occur within the 3-year period from the date of purchase.

If a fault occurs, we will provide a replacement item, not a refund. Refunds are only available if the product was purchased within the first 30 days and meets our returns criteria.

In some cases, we may require the item to be returned to us for inspection and testing before a replacement can be issued. Returned items must be securely packaged and in a clean condition. Once the product has been assessed and confirmed faulty, a replacement will be sent promptly.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, or modifications to the product.
