This mains-powered 230V / single-phase alarm box is designed to provide reliable monitoring and warning signals for pumping stations, wastewater systems, and liquid level control applications. Complete with an integrated battery back-up, it ensures continuous operation even during power outages, offering added protection and peace of mind for critical installations.

Housed in a durable ABS plastic enclosure (250 × 200 × 110 mm) finished in grey RAL 7035, the unit features a transparent polycarbonate window for clear visibility of indicators and alarm status. The system includes both acoustic and visual alarms via the 423 MCS-AL02 module, providing immediate notification of fault conditions.

A yellow LED indicator shows when mains supply is present, while multiple dry-contact outputs allow for remote alarm signalling. The control box can be connected to a variety of external alarm triggers such as probes, float switches, pressure switches, and more.

The built-in automatic charger maintains the internal 12V / 1.3Ah battery, offering up to 20 hours of autonomy in the event of a power failure. Four cable glands are included for straightforward installation and secure cable entry.

Warranty Information

All products purchased from Macerator Pumps / Macerator-Pumps.com are supplied with a 3-year warranty as standard. This warranty covers any manufacturing faults or defective parts that occur within the 3-year period from the date of purchase.

If a fault occurs, we will provide a replacement item, not a refund. Refunds are only available if the product was purchased within the first 30 days and meets our returns criteria.

In some cases, we may require the item to be returned to us for inspection and testing before a replacement can be issued. Returned items must be securely packaged and in a clean condition. Once the product has been assessed and confirmed faulty, a replacement will be sent promptly.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, or modifications to the product.
