5-Year Warranty as Standard

Products purchased from Macerator Pumps, Macerator-Pumps.com or SaniPumps.co.uk are supplied with a 5-year warranty as standard, covering manufacturing faults and defective parts during the warranty period.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty applies for 5 years from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults or defective parts that occur during the warranty period.

Covered by Warranty

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Defective parts
  • Faults confirmed following assessment
  • Replacement for confirmed warranty faults

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse of the product
  • Accidental damage
  • Modifications to the product

Replacement for Warranty Claims

If a product develops a fault that is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we will provide a replacement item.

Please note: Warranty claims are resolved by replacement rather than a refund, except where a refund is otherwise available under our applicable returns policy or your statutory rights.

Refund requests made within the first 30 days are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and the applicable return criteria.

Inspection & Testing

In some cases, we may require the product to be returned to us for inspection and testing before a replacement can be issued.

This allows us to confirm the fault and determine whether it is covered by the warranty.

!
Please Package Returned Products Carefully

Products returned for warranty assessment must be securely packaged and returned in a clean condition to allow safe inspection and testing.

How a Warranty Claim Works

1
Report the Fault

Contact us and provide details of the problem with your product.

2
Assessment

We will review the reported fault and may request further information to help assess the issue.

3
Return for Inspection if Required

In some cases, we may ask you to return the product to us so that it can be inspected and tested.

4
Fault Confirmation

The product will be assessed to determine whether the fault is covered by the 5-year warranty.

5
Replacement Sent

Once the product has been assessed and the warranty fault confirmed, a replacement will be arranged promptly.

Warranty Exclusions

The 5-year warranty is intended to cover manufacturing faults and defective parts. It does not cover damage or faults resulting from:

  • Incorrect or unsuitable installation
  • Misuse or improper use of the product
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorised modifications or alterations to the product

Important: Products should always be installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Warranty Claims & Refunds

The warranty provides a replacement for confirmed manufacturing faults. It does not automatically provide a refund throughout the full 5-year warranty period.

Refund requests within the first 30 days are dealt with under our Refunds & Returns Policy and are subject to the applicable return conditions.
